Serving You, So You Can Serve Them
We offer a full range of treatments designed to support families during a crucial time in their children’s lives. Utilizing the latest methods to establish a baseline of care, we look at the big picture when developing feeding solutions for our clients.
We practice collaborative care through a personalized combination of co-treatments. During co-treatments, team members with different areas of specialization may come together to treat your baby simultaneously. This approach allows your baby to progress quickly and ensures every care team member is on the same page.
Our Services
Advanced Lactation Support
Our board-certified lactation consultants will give you hands-on support with positioning, latching, and assessing any difficulties with nursing. Starting in the prenatal stage and continuing through infancy and toddlerhood, we’ll work with you to develop a clear, personalized plan for breastfeeding success.
Can’t come to us? Home visits are available (travel fee may apply).
Oral Motor and Pediatric Occupational Therapy
Our co-founder and occupational therapist, Shana Quarrie, provides a full range of neonatal and pediatric occupational and oral motor therapy treatments. She works closely with children of all ages and their families to offer at-home exercises to improve range of motion, target feeding issues, and address developmental delays. And because she’s also a board-certified lactation consultant, every care plan includes advanced maternal support.
Pumping Support
There is no wrong way to feed your baby. Our commitment to lactation support extends to exclusive pumpers and combo feeders, and we are happy to help you figure out alternative feeding solutions that work for your family.
Craniosacral Therapy
Babies can often incur tension injuries such as torticollis at birth. Craniosacral therapy offers a gentle and effective approach to treating such injuries. Through subtle touch and manipulation of the craniosacral system, this type of therapy aids in the release of tension in the body, promoting relaxation and restoring balance.
It has numerous benefits, including relief from common conditions like colic, reflux, and difficulty breastfeeding. It promotes relaxation, which can lead to better sleep patterns and contributes to a calmer, more contented disposition in young children. And it’s not just for kids. We treat adults, too. Ask us about the benefits of treating mom and baby together.
Tongue Tie and Oral Tether Support
If your baby consistently falls off the breast or doesn’t seem to be taking in much milk, they may have a tongue tie or other oral tissue tether preventing them from efficient feeding. Working closely with a pediatric dentist and oral tether specialist to diagnose tongue and lip ties, we help families determine a course of treatment to get baby back on the breast.
Therapies for the older kiddos
Bliss is not just for the babies! We offer specialized pediatric therapy services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. Although we are out of network with major insurance companies, we provide a superbill detailing the services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We accept payment via card, cash, and HSA. To get started, please complete our Therapy Interest Request Form, and we’ll reach out to guide you through the next steps. We look forward to partnering with you in your child's therapeutic journey!
